• Bill Kreitzer developed a unique patented product refered to as a VermiPod™ i.e. Encapsulated Earthworm Cocoons™.   VermiPod, Inc. (VPI) developed VermiPods™ to serve as a  natural means of enriching the soil.  VermiPods™ are protected with a proprietary coating technology that protects the earthworm embryo. This revolutionary, eco-friendly method for reintroducing earthworms back into the soil significantly reduces the dependence on costly commercial fertilizers. The VermiPod™ significantly contributes to the “Green Movement”, which is highly valued by environmentalists, farmers, horticulturists, floriculturists and consumers alike. 

On October 10, 2010 I sold 51 percent of my company to Highland Supply Company with the intentions that my VermiPods would be become available to the agriculture industry on a commercial scale.  I am sodden to say this endeavor never took place.  I took back controlling interest in my company ten years to the very date when it was sold and this time I am determined to make this dream become a reality.

  In order to do so and have a fresh start I elected to do a VOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION of VermiPod, LLC., on 5/23/2012 and start all over again under William Kreitzer, DBA Kreitzer Farms.  operations.
